Disputing a Google Review

Not every review is legitimate. If you get one you believe violates Google's policies, you can file a takedown request without leaving Vendi Today.

File a dispute

1. Go to Conversations and find the thread tied to the review.
2. Click Dispute this review.
3. Confirm the Google account and business profile.
4. Choose Report a new review, then submit the takedown request.

Check on a dispute you already filed

1. Go back to Conversations and open the same dispute flow.
2. Choose Check the status.
3. Click into a specific review for details. If rejected, you can submit an appeal.

Good to know

Only reviews inside Vendi Today's Reviews section can be disputed this way. Google caps how many reviews it will surface for dispute based on your listing's size.
