Sending Review Requests

Every completed job or purchase is a chance to earn a public review.

Send a request to one customer

Open the contact record and use the quick-action, or go to Reputation > Requests. Pick SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Automate requests with a workflow

Add a Send Review Request action to any workflow — for example, one that fires after an appointment is complete or an invoice is paid.

Reach customers on more than one channel

Enable SMS, email, and WhatsApp together. If a customer is missing contact info for one channel, Vendi Today falls back automatically.

Using WhatsApp specifically

Needs a connected WhatsApp Business number first (Settings > WhatsApp). Always confirm consent before messaging on WhatsApp.

Check delivery status

Every sent request shows: Queued, Sent, Delivered, or Failed.
