Create, Style, and Download a QR Code

The QR code builder turns any link, phone number, or form into a branded code you can print or share. You can test it as you build and export it in several formats.

Choose what it does

Give the code a name, then choose a type: website, review link, call, text message, email, payment, WhatsApp, funnel, form, survey, or quiz. Enter the destination, such as a web address or phone number. Because destinations are dynamic, you can change them later without changing the picture of the code.

Steps

  1. Open Sites and click QR Codes.
  2. Click Create QR Code.
  3. Enter a name, select a type, and add the destination.
  4. Click Next. The code is ready to scan with your phone right away so you can test it.
  5. Style it:
    • Shape: square, rounded square, or circle.
    • Colors: background, dots, marker borders, and marker centers.
    • Dot style: classic, square, or rounded.
    • Border and frame, plus call-to-action text above or below the code.
    • Logo or background image: choose a built-in logo, upload your own, or use a hosted image link, and optionally clear the area behind the logo.
  6. Click Save to keep it in your library, or download it.

Download options

  • PNG for websites and email.
  • SVG for scalable designs.
  • PDF for print.
  • Copy link to share the code without an image file.

For a see-through PNG, drag the background color's transparency slider to zero. If you add no background, header, or footer, the image is trimmed automatically.

Manage later

Hover over a code in the list to edit it, or use the three-dot menu to delete, download, or move it to a folder.

Good to know: Keep strong contrast between the dots and background, and always test the finished code with two different phones before printing.
