Bundling Multiple Services Into One Booking

Some appointments aren't just one thing — a client might want a haircut and a color, or a consultation followed by a fitting. Instead of making customers book two separate appointments (and risking two separate gaps in your day), you can let them add multiple services to a single booking.

How bundled bookings work

When a service calendar has multiple services enabled, the booking page can show a cart-style selector instead of a single dropdown. The customer checks off each service they want, and the system adds up the total duration and price automatically before showing available time slots.

Setting it up

  1. Open the calendar and go to its Services configuration.
  2. Enable multi-service selection (sometimes labeled as a multi-item or cart-style booking option) for that calendar.
  3. Choose whether services in the bundle must be performed by the same staff member or can be split across team members if your setup supports staff-specific services.
  4. Save and test the booking page — confirm the time slots shown reflect the combined duration of everything selected, not just one service.

Keeping durations accurate

Because the total appointment length is the sum of every service selected, double-check any service-level duration overrides or buffers before turning this on — an inaccurate duration on even one service in the bundle will throw off the whole block on your calendar.

Good to know: Bundled bookings still respect each service's individual buffer and cancellation settings, so review those together rather than assuming the bundle inherits one uniform policy.
