Connect Your Facebook Pages
Link your Facebook Pages to Social Planner to schedule posts, stories, and reels, and to reply to your audience. Facebook no longer allows publishing to personal profiles through connected tools, so only Pages (and Groups where available) can be linked.
Requirements
- You must be an admin of every Page you want to add.
- Log in with the Facebook profile that holds those admin roles.
- Accept all the permissions Facebook lists. Missing permissions are the top reason Pages fail later.
Connect a Page
- Go to Marketing > Social Planner and click the gear icon to open Settings.
- Choose Connect a new Facebook Page.
- Click Continue and approve the permissions window from Facebook.
- Tick the Pages you want to use in Social Planner.
- Confirm. The selected Pages appear in the list with a connected status.
You can repeat this with more profiles to bring in Pages from different Facebook logins.
Adding Pages later
If you connected before and a new Page does not show up, open Facebook, go to Settings & privacy > Settings > Business integrations, remove the Vendi Today connection, and then run the steps above again. This forces Facebook to ask which Pages to share, so tick all of them.
After connecting
Your Pages become available in the Post to field when creating posts. If a Page ever shows as expired, reconnect it from the same Settings screen.
Good to know: Grant access to every Page up front, even ones you do not use yet, so you will not need to redo the connection later.
