Sell Products From a Form or Survey

The Sell Products element turns a form or survey into an order form, with prices, images, variants and checkout.

What you can offer

  • Up to 20 products from your Payments catalog.
  • Descriptions, images and a choice of three layouts.
  • Variants such as size or color, with quantities that respect inventory.
  • Tax calculation when applicable.
  • Fixed prices or a custom amount instead.

Recurring products are not supported in the basic element, and some processors need a first name field on the form.

Add it

  1. Open a form (or survey) in the builder.
  2. Drag Sell Products (or Collect Payment) from Integrations.
  3. Connect your processor and choose Live or Test.
  4. Click Add Product and pick one, or click the link to create a product first.
  5. Toggle description, image and quantity display, then pick a layout.
  6. Style it with themes, then Save and Preview.

In surveys

Payment is processed the moment the respondent moves to the next step, so the survey works as a two-step order form. An optional notice such as "Payment will be processed as soon as you proceed" can be turned on or off. Partial contact capture stays on so you still keep the lead.

After purchase

Submission details include payment amount, order ID and status, and the Payment Received trigger works with forms as the source.

Good to know: Place the product block near the end of the form so visitors share their details before they see the price.
