Create Estimates from Templates on Mobile

When you're meeting a customer on-site or need to get a quote out fast, you can generate an estimate from a saved template right on your phone — no laptop required.

Create one

1. Open the mobile app and select your account.
2. Go to Estimates from the navigation menu.
3. Switch to the Templates tab to see the templates you've already built.
4. Choose a template and use it to start a new estimate immediately.
5. Adjust quantities, pricing, or other supported fields for this specific customer, then send.

What you can't do on mobile

Templates themselves — the base layout, default line items, and branding — are created and managed on the web app only. The mobile app can use existing templates but can't create, edit, or delete them. If you need a new template or want to change one, do that from a desktop browser first; it'll be available on mobile right away afterward.

Why templates help

Building an estimate from scratch every time invites inconsistency — different wording, missed line items, mismatched branding. Starting from a template keeps every estimate you send on the go looking and reading the same way your office-built ones do, while still letting you adjust the numbers for the specific customer in front of you.
