Bulk Actions Overview and Drip Mode

Any time you tag, message, delete, import, or update contacts in bulk, that operation shows up in the Bulk Actions dashboard.

What counts as a bulk action

Importing via CSV, bulk delete (recoverable ~60 days), bulk tag add/remove, bulk SMS/email/WhatsApp, bulk company updates, bulk email verification.

Using the dashboard

From Contacts > Bulk Actions:

• Track live status and completion metrics.
• Pause, edit, or cancel a queued action.
• Filter by status, action type, user, or date range.
• Download an error log for failures.
• Restore contacts from a bulk delete.

Drip Mode: pacing large operations

Some bulk actions support Drip Mode, spreading the operation over timed batches instead of firing everything at once.

• Set a batch size (1 up to 10,000 contacts).
• Set an interval between batches.
• Run campaigns longer than the standard 30-day limit when spread out.

If the system restarts mid-run, Drip Mode picks back up where it left off.

When to use Drip Mode

Any time you're messaging or updating a large list and want to protect deliverability.
