Use Quick Campaign Actions from the Affiliates List

You do not need to open a profile to change which campaigns an affiliate belongs to. The Campaign Actions menu on each row handles the common jobs.

Add or Remove

1. Open Marketing > Affiliate Manager and go to the affiliates list.
2. Click Campaign Actions on the affiliate's row.
3. Choose Add to Campaign or Remove from Campaign.
4. Pick the campaign from the pop-up.

Suspend or Unsuspend

Choose Campaign Actions > Suspend Affiliate and select the campaign. While suspended, the affiliate's links on that campaign do not track, and you cannot manually add leads, assign commissions or import past activity for them. To reverse it, repeat the same steps; their links start working again automatically.

Move Between Campaigns

1. Choose Move to Campaign and select the destination.
2. Decide what to do with existing customers: keep them in the old campaign (their recurring commissions stay under the old rules) or move them (future commissions follow the new campaign's rules).
3. Choose whether to send the welcome email. If the destination campaign has welcome emails disabled, none is sent regardless.
4. Click Move Affiliate.

Good to Know About These Actions

• A move cannot be undone with a button, but you can move the affiliate back.
• Quick actions work on one affiliate at a time. For many affiliates, use workflows.
• Notifications depend on campaign email settings, not on the quick action itself.

Good to know: Suspend instead of removing when you only want to pause an affiliate and keep their relationship and history intact.
