Advanced Bulk Upload Columns by Network

The Advanced layout adds columns for network-specific settings on top of the Basic ones. Use it when you want stories, Reels, Shorts, tags, or watermarks in one import.

General columns

• mediaOptimization (true/false): Automatically fixes formats and dimensions, for example converting a video type an Instagram Story requires.
• applyWatermark (true/false): Applies your saved watermark to images.
• tags (comma-separated): Labels for filtering. New tags are created if they do not exist.
• Category: Groups the post and can feed a category queue.
• followUpComment: A first comment posted after publishing (Facebook Pages, Instagram Business, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Communities).

Network columns

• Facebook and Instagram: type (post/story/reel).
• LinkedIn: pdfTitle and postAsPdf (true/false) to publish images as a document.
• Google Business Profile: eventType (call_to_action, event, or offer), actionType (none, order, book, shop, learn_more, call, sign_up), plus title, offerTitle, startDate, endDate, termsConditions, couponCode, redeemOnlineUrl, and actionUrl. Which fields are needed depends on the event type: a call to action needs the button type and URL; an event needs a title and dates; an offer needs an offer title, dates, terms, coupon code, and redemption link.
• YouTube: title, privacyLevel (private, public, unlisted), and type (video or short).
• TikTok: privacyLevel (everyone, friends, only_me) and true/false switches for comments, duet, stitch, and disclosure options.
• Community: title and notifyAllGroupMembers (true/false).
• Pinterest: title and link. The board comes from the default board in Social Planner settings.

Media notes

• Facebook and Instagram accept several comma-separated images as a carousel.
• Google Business Profile takes one image only, so if you select both, the first image goes to Google and all images go to Facebook.
• Use one video per post. Extra videos can make the post fail.

Good to know: If a column header says Advanced only, leave it blank when you upload in Basic format.
