AI-Powered Review Summaries

Reading through hundreds of reviews one at a time to find the pattern isn't practical. Vendi Today's AI summary condenses all of them into a short readout of what customers are actually saying.

Where to find it

Look for the purple AI Summary card in Reputation > Overview and Reputation > Reviews.

What it shows

• A short paragraph summarizing overall sentiment.
• The most common themes coming up again and again.
• Highlight tags that call out both sentiment ("great staff," "slow service") and specific topics ("booking system," "parking").

Filter the summary by location or connected page, and by date range. It updates in real time as new reviews arrive.

Control how the summary reads

• Short — one to two sentences.
• Detailed — three to four sentences.
• Action Points — a bulleted list.

You can also choose whether the summary appears at the top of a review widget or integrated alongside individual reviews.
