Install additional messaging providers from the app marketplace and use them from the same conversations screen.

Why use one

Message customers through a specific SMS/email provider you already use elsewhere.

How to set one up

1. Open the app marketplace, filter by Email or SMS.
2. Install the provider.
3. Authorize the app.
4. Follow the provider's setup steps (API credentials, etc.).

Using it

Appears as an available channel when starting or switching a conversation.
