Approve, Deny or Delete Many Affiliate Commissions at Once

Bulk actions save time when you have a long list of commissions to review. They are available both from an affiliate's profile and from the main dashboard.

From an Affiliate Profile

1. Go to Marketing > Affiliate Manager and open Affiliates, then click the affiliate.
2. Open the Commissions tab.
3. Tick the checkboxes for the commissions you want.
4. Click Bulk Actions and choose Approve, Deny or Delete.

From the Dashboard

1. Open the Affiliate Manager dashboard.
2. Scroll to Latest Updates and find the recent commissions list.
3. Select several commissions, including ones from different affiliates.
4. Click Bulk Actions and pick the action.

Filter First

Narrow the list before selecting:

• Status: Pending, Approved or Denied.
• Campaign: Show one campaign only.
• Combine both for precise reviews.

Rules

• Only denied commissions can be deleted. Deny first, then delete.
• Bulk actions cannot be undone once confirmed.
• Only users with permission to manage commissions can use them.
• They do not send notifications to affiliates.
• There is no fixed limit on how many you can select, though large batches take a few seconds.

Suggested Routine

At the start of each month, filter by Pending, scan for anything suspicious, deny the questionable entries, and bulk approve the rest before reviewing payouts.

Good to know: Bulk deletes are permanent, so double-check the selection before you confirm.
