Adding a One-Step Order Form to a Funnel

A one-step order form puts contact details, optional shipping, product choice and payment on a single screen. It works well for low-friction offers, returning customers and mobile shoppers. It supports one-time and recurring prices.

Step 1: Attach Products

Create your products and prices first (see Payments). Then:

1. Go to Sites > Funnels, open the funnel and select the step.
2. Open the Products tab and click + Add Product.
3. Choose the product and a price, or create new ones from the inline links.
4. Optionally set Product Name Override or Price Display Override to change how they read on the form.
5. In Additional options, enable Allow multiple quantity and set Max per order (1 to 999), and mark the item as a Main product or Bump product.
6. Repeat for each product.

Step 2: Add and Configure the Element

1. Click Add Elements (+) and drag One Step Order (under Order elements) onto the page.
2. Open Form options to show, hide or require fields such as company name and shipping.
3. Optional settings: Enable cart mode so buyers can pick several products and quantities (supported funnel versions only), toggle product descriptions (recurring items can display setup fee, trial and billing details), set up an Order Bump, and enable Coupon Codes.
4. Adjust button, text and background colors.
5. Click Preview and test, then Publish.

Troubleshooting

If products do not show, confirm each has at least one price in the Products tab for that same step. Fees can be added from payment settings.

Good to know: Keep only essential fields on a one-step form, since a crowded single screen can lower conversions.
