Duplicate a Pipeline

Don't rebuild a working stage structure from scratch — duplicate it instead.

How to duplicate

1. Go to Opportunities > Pipelines.
2. Open the three-dot menu on the pipeline.
3. Select Duplicate.
4. Rename the copy (unique name required), adjust stages.
5. Save.

The duplicate keeps the same stages, colors, and structure but starts with no opportunities.

Who can duplicate a pipeline

Anyone with Edit access to the original.

When this is useful

Cloning "New Business" as a starting point for "Renewals," trimming stages for a shorter cycle.
